Exams Coordinator (Test Day, CMR and Post Exams Processing) – Full time, definite contract for two years

Job aim: 

The purpose of this role is to coordinate effective and efficient delivery of Exams within a location as well as post-exams processing.  This role will support the engagement, relationship and performance of Venues and Test Day Staff (including acting as main point of contact) prior to and on the Test Day. The role will co-ordinate and escalate where required, risks or issue resolution, including co-ordination of customer communication directly or through customer services.

This role will manage the safe handling of confidential materials in accordance with compliance standards during the multiple exchanges in country/location. This includes movement and activities related to the primary storage area known as the Confidential Materials Room (CMR). This role includes managing the CMR, logistics and quality of all materials to run Test Day including stationery, uniforms, banners, IT equipment. The role is also responsible for ensuring timely scanning and submitting of exam papers to meet requirements for marking as well as for processing enquiries on results.

Exams Finance Assistant – Full time, definite contract (duration depending on the country the post will be based in)

Job aim: 

The purpose of this role is to support the Exams teams with the efficient delivery of exams finance services. The role will be required to support Country Exams Finance functions with the production of off-system income recognition journals, the production of accurate monthly/quarterly income reconciliations, including calculation of expected income and support documentation, and will assist in the processing of payments (including Test Day Staff payments), refunds, SAP procurement and delivering of off-system invoicing services. In doing so, the role will provide support to ensure fluent communication with country, Cluster, Region and Global Operations and Finance functions as required.

This role will be part of a cluster and regional team and might deliver services to various countries in the EU Exams Region. This role will ensure fluent communication with country, Cluster, Region and Global Operations and Finance functions.
