Trainers and Methodology
Our training team is highly qualified and experienced. Besides holding university degrees and recognized qualifications in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, our trainers are specifically accredited to run soft skills workshops
Our methodology is communicative and hands-on. The interactive training sessions are based on group discussions centered on video content, case studies and simulations that use real world examples. The training is designed to stimulate personal and professional development through reflection and discussion on interpersonal and cultural issues, challenging work situations and an exchange of best practice with colleagues, aiming to develop inter-cultural competencies in participants that go beyond language.
The training is aimed at anyone who works internationally in business, HR or training and needs strong communication skills to ensure the success of projects, working relationships and teams. The key focus of the training is to build participants’ skills in managing performance and conflict in challenging work situations and building successful teams in a variety of cultural environments.
