Refresher for English Teachers is a face-to-face course for those who teach English to secondary students. It aims to enhance teachers' knowledge and competencies as well as present effective methods used in the selected areas of teaching English. The course is also striving to give English teachers opportunity to practise the language at a level they hardly ever teach (C1 and higher).
The course date: 24 and 25 February (8 lessons - 6hrs - per day)
- Friday: 10.00 - 13.00 and 14.00 - 17.00
- Saturday: 9.00 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 16.00
The course takes palce in the British Council premises in Prague and is led by an experienced teacher trainer who works for the British Council.
Maximum number of participants in a group is 14.
Course participants will be encouraged to actively contribute to knowledge, ideas and activities sharing, There will be plenty of opportunity to discuss. Participants will simultaneously build a portfolio of activities, ideas and materials.
